This notice describes how the prospr website handles information you provide when you contact us, use our calculators, or change your language preference. It reflects how the website operates today and will be updated as functionality changes.
Information collected through inquiry forms
When you submit the homepage contact form or the Contact page form, we collect the fields you provide (such as your name, email, company name, role, and message), along with the submission timestamp. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, understand your context, and follow up about a potential engagement.
How inquiries are stored
Inquiries are stored in our managed database (Lovable Cloud, backed by Supabase). Access to stored records is restricted to authorized members of the prospr team using server-side credentials. The database table is protected by row-level security and is not readable by the public website.
Calculator inputs
The Pipeline Coverage Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to our servers, are not stored, and are not shared with any third party. Closing or refreshing the page discards them.
Language preference
Your selected language is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it on your next visit. This preference never leaves your device.
Analytics and tracking
The website does not currently send data to a third-party analytics provider and does not set marketing or advertising cookies. If we add an analytics provider in the future, this notice will be updated before activation.
Marketing communications
The website does not currently operate a newsletter, marketing subscription, or gated download. We only contact you in response to an inquiry you submitted.
Service providers
We rely on infrastructure providers to operate the website, including a hosting and edge runtime provider and a managed database provider. These providers process information on our behalf and may operate in jurisdictions outside your own. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on the conversation, and to keep a reasonable business record of communications. You can ask us to delete a record at any time using the contact details below.
Your requests
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request to hello@prospr.tech. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, including access restrictions, encrypted transport, and server-side handling of credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website's functionality evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
